Jiangsu Visionbon New Materials Co., Ltd., a leading manufacturer of high-quality PVC decorative films, has successfully completed the final color matching and sample approval process for a new batch of wood-grain patterned films destined for a Turkish client, marking a key milestone ahead of the scheduled container loading.
The project, which began with detailed client specifications and design consultations, focused on replicating natural wood textures—including walnut, teak, and contemporary linear grain effects—across multiple shades, from warm medium browns to rich, deep reddish-brown tones. As part of the quality assurance process, the Visionbon technical team ran rigorous color-matching trials, adjusting the depth of grain definition, color saturation, and surface finish to meet the client’s exacting standards for furniture and interior applications.
The photos taken during the final approval stage show the team testing how the different patterns align and blend on large-format sheets, ensuring seamless matching for panels, doors, and cabinetry. Each sample was carefully inspected under both factory and simulated lighting conditions to guarantee consistent color performance, even when applied to different substrates.
“Our Turkish partners are very discerning when it comes to wood-grain finishes—they want the look and feel of real wood, but with the durability and cost efficiency of PVC film,” said a senior production manager at Visionbon. “This project required multiple rounds of sampling to get the color depth and grain flow exactly right, and we’re pleased to report the final samples have received full approval. We’re now moving forward with full-scale production, on track to meet the shipment deadline.”
With the samples signed off, the factory has already begun production runs, preparing the rolls of decorative film for container loading. The shipment, bound for Turkey, will supply the client’s furniture manufacturing facilities, where the films will be used to finish a range of products for both domestic and export markets.
